About

 Ruth Lowery is a licensed Aesthetician and Massage Therapist.  She has over 20 years of study in health and wellness.  After massage school, she took advanced training in Polarity, Lymphatic, LaStone (hot stone) Therapy, Hydrotherapy and Shiatus.  She has studied Ayurveda with Drs. Deepak Chopra, David Simon & Sunil Joshi, leading teachers in the Ayurvedic field which led Ruth to a teaching career in natural health and wellness.  In addition, she studied with Carolyn Myss & Dr. Norm Shealy teaching workshops focused on developing, strengthening & integrating a healthy mind, body & spirit.  For the past 8 years, she as been a tri-state educator and trainer for Eminence Organic Skin Care in leading spas and resorts.
